Develops a beautiful lather which is rare with lots of curly hair shampoos. This shampoo is rare as it cleans your curly hair thoroughly BUT it does not dry out the hair. It is a great daily shampoo for curly hair. A lot of shampoos do not lather, or lather as much - but this one does! Always double cleanse for best results so you can ensure all product build up has been removed after cleansing. This shampoo is not a replacement for a clarifying shampoo, but does a great regular clean and feels satisfying with the amount of lather it creates. It also smells... incredible!

One of those conditioners that makes your hair feel slippery and soft under the shower. Works great to detangle your hair or tangled kids hair. Does not weigh the hair down and can be used as a daily conditioner.

This conditioner is remarkable because it is hydrating but it is not a thick, heavy, deep conditioner. I would say that it can be used or referred to as a daily conditioner, but it is certainly hydrating enough even if you have coarse hair. I would ensure that if your hair is coily or very dry that you use this in combination with a deep conditioner if you are looking for the occasional heavy conditioner.

However, this conditioner works well as a base and then wonderfully if you pair it with the leave-in conditioner afterwards. In fact, if you use a heavy conditioner AND a heavy cream, you may find that there is too much moisture and it weighs your hair down. 

An ultra- concentrated leave-in that moisturizes hair thoroughly. Helps in reducing frizz and creating curl clumps, as it smooths the hair. Emulsifying is KEY with this product, as it is so concentrated. Start with a pea sized amount, or blueberry sized amount if you have coarse hair, and really emulsify it well in your hands (you want your hands to look white) before working it into the hair. Build up to an amount that you like in your hair. I would aim for your hair to have a slight slippery-ness to it after you've applied it.

This leave-in cream makes your hair quite soft. If you are after soft, hydrated curls - this is your product. If you are after more definition and hold, use less of this, or skip it entirely, as it will stop your hold stylers from working as strongly.

 

A medium-hold gel with built-in heat protection. It is buildable so use more/less to adjust how much hold you want. Works to protect against extreme climates and humidity. Creates a cast that can be easily broken to reveal soft, defined curls. 

If you are after a flexible all-rounder gel, skipping all the overwhelm that comes with the curly hair shopping experience, this is your go-to. The gel works on all types of hair, and won't offend anyone by being too strong or too weak. It works as a middle ground and does that job very well, providing adequate definition, shine and bringing soft and bouncy curls into your life.

If you after a STRONG hold gel, this isn't for you. However, it will still define your curls, it just won't have that frozen appearance or potentially last as long as a mega-hold gel would. I would pair with a hairspray if you want that result.
